3D printing Quality and Post-Processing
What is 3D Printing?
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a process of creating three-dimensional objects from digital files. At 3D Build World, we use FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology to transform your ideas into physical products.

Support Removal
After printing, support structures that held overhanging parts during printing are carefully removed. This process might leave marks or lines under the print.

Brim Smoothing
For a cleaner finish, we use multiple tools such as a Swivel Head Deburring Tool. It removes the brim and other artifacts in one smooth motion, leaving a slight, professional bevel. We use other techniques such as sanding, filing, and chemical smoothing When needed.

Combining parts together
For larger prints, parts might be printed on multiple "plates". This will require the parts to be connected together in the end using adhesive or screws.
Printing surface
Surfaces facing the printing bed might be shiny or textured based on the item being printed.
