Refund policy
Return Window In accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items (Custom 3D Prints) Please note that customized, personalized, or "made-to-order" 3D printed products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or differ from the approved digital design. This is in line with the exceptions for goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@3dbuildworld.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
فترة الاسترجاع وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك في دولة الكويت، لديك 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام المنتج لطلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
شروط الاسترجاع يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية التي استلمته بها، غير مستخدم، مع الملصقات الأصلية وفي تغليفه الأصلي. كما يشترط وجود فاتورة الشراء أو إثبات الدفع.
المنتجات المستثناة (الطلبات الخاصة) يرجى العلم أن المنتجات المطبوعة بتقنية ثلاثية الأبعاد والمصنعة خصيصاً بناءً على طلب العميل لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو تلف أو عدم مطابقتها للمواصفات المتفق عليها.
التلف والمشاكل يرجى فحص الطلب فور استلامه. في حال كان المنتج تالفاً أو غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً عبر البريد الإلكتروني hello@3dbuildworld.com لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
استرداد الأموال سنقوم بإبلاغك بمجرد فحص المنتج المسترجع. في حال الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ تلقائياً إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل. يرجى ملاحظة أن البنك قد يستغرق وقتاً إضافياً لمعالجة العملية.
